Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) 3-Day – Tactical Team Members

ST/OPS Tactical Training Canada develops and delivers world class medical programmes.  All our courses adhere to the recommended guidelines laid out by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Co-TECC) and the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (Co-TCCC).  In addition, your members will benefit from lessons learned from our instructors’ operational military experience and how to apply them to the civilian world of tactical medicine.

Most law enforcement personnel are typically trained only to the level of basic first aid. In addition, most tactical officers would lack the experience and training to assess and provide rapid triage for injured victims. This is a 24-hour (three day) course designed for Tactical Team members who may have to respond to medical emergencies in a Direct Threat situation. It encompasses hands-on training on the key life-saving skills in tactical situations with the addition of a full day of scenario-based training. Participants are afforded multiple runs as primary and secondary care providers in tactically challenging situations, brought to life through our use of Hyper-Realistic® Hollywood grade atmospherics and effects.
