LIMITED WARRANTY
1 YEAR APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD
Strategic Operations Medical (hereinafter referred to as “STOPS MED”) warrants to the original purchaser that it will repair or replace components of the:
- Surgical Cut Suit
- TCCC/EMS Cut Suit
- Blood Pumping Systems (BPS)
- 6-in-1 Trainer
For all other warranted medical training products and subcomponents (listed below), the applicable warranty period is one (1) month from the receipt of warranty registration information. If the warranty registration is not completed the warranty period will begin thirty days after shipment of the applicable product and/or subcomponents of the applicable product.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
All warranty service must be obtained through STOPS MED, whether purchased directly from STOPS MED or one of the STOPS MED distributors. Warranty inquiries must be submitted and approved prior to shipping any product back to STOPS for evaluation. All warranty service inquiries must be made via one of the following:

It is the purchaser's obligation to arrange for delivery of a product or subcomponent to STOPS MED for warranty service - delivery shall be at the purchaser's expense. Return shipping will be at STOPS MED expense for repairs covered by this warranty. It is the purchaser's obligation to comply with the warranty service instructions provided by STOPS. It is highly recommended the purchaser provide STOPS MED with completed warranty registration information within thirty (30) days of receiving the product in order to obtain the benefits of this warranty either by returning the warranty registration card or by completing the warranty registration form on the STOPS MED website.

EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover, and STOPS shall not be liable for, the following:
- Defects, damage, or other conditions caused, in whole or in part, by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, freight damage, tampering, or failure to seek and obtain authorized repair or replacement in a timely manner
- Products which are not used in accordance with the STOPS MED Operation Manual
- Accessories or parts not manufactured by STOPS MED
- Costs and expenses of routine maintenance
- Any after-market additions, repairs, modifications, replacement parts, or installation (including related costs) performed without advanced written authorization by STOPS MED
- Representations and warranties made by any person or entity other than STOPS MED
- Any required repairs outside of the stated warranty period
REPAIRS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Subject to the exclusions listed above, if the product is outside of the warranty period or warranty provisions, and repairs are needed, the customer should contact STOPS MED for a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA). Once the RGA is received, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to STOPS MED for product evaluation. STOPS MED will provide a quotation to the customer outlining the needed repairs and related costs or the cost of replacement in the event such action is necessary. Upon customer approval for work to proceed, payment will be collected for those repairs and the return shipping costs. The necessary repairs or replacement will then be made.
NO AUTHORIZATION
No person or firm is authorized to create or approve, for STOPS MED, any other obligation or liability in connection with this product.
LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THIS WARRANTY IS STRATEGIC OPERATIONS MEDICAL (STOPS MED) ONLY WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STOPS MED MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
No action may be brought against STOPS MED for breach of this limited warranty, or for any other claims arising out of or relating to the product, more than ninety (90) days following expiration of the limited warranty period.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY; CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DISCLAIMER
STRATEGIC OPERATIONS MEDICAL ONLY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS. STRATEGIC OPERATIONS MEDICAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DELAYS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME, LOSS OF USE, DOWNTIME, EMPLOYEE OR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WAGES, PAYMENTS, AND BENEFITS.
