Strategic Operations Inc. (STOPS) designed, developed, integrated, and delivered Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) and Force Protection Ship Simulators for the US Navy’s Center for Navy Security Forces at Naval Station San Diego; Northwest Annex, Chesapeake, Virginia; Naval Station Mayport, Florida, and Naval Station Pearl Harbor.

These simulators incorporate commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) computers, software, equipment, special effects, and entertainment industry techniques to create imaginative and convincing experiences for Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS), Anti-Terrorism (AT) and Force Protection (FP) training. STOPS modifies existing shipping containers to create state-of-the-art simulation trainers to replicate Navy and Merchant ships, provide special effects, operation controls, expanded classrooms, and install digital video for recording student's tactical actions and playback during daily critiques.
